A few years ago, I had an idea for a rock show that would be unlike anything ever produced. Rock 'n' Poll: from AC to ZZ takes you through my top 50 favorite bands in 100 minutes. Each song seamlessly transitions into the next as the eras of hard rock evolve before your ears!
With the help of my own pre-recorded backing tracks, I perform the best parts of each song live, switching back and forth between guitars, drums, bass, and piano, all the while singing lead and harmony vocals at times, too.
There's synchronized video, lighting, and a few wardrobe changes. But make no mistake — I believe in substance over show. Everything revolves around the music and the bands we are here to salute.
And if that's not enough, the audience will be able to answer trivia questions, voice their opinions, or even help select the songs featured each night through the wonders of modern polling technology accessible through a simple smartphone. It is sure to be a truly unique and interactive rock concert experience!
